TechSolutions respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and services, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and other laws in force in Pakistan.

This policy applies to personal information we handle through https://techsolutionsorg.com, our contact and careers forms, our email, telephone and WhatsApp channels, and the services we provide to our clients. It does not apply to third-party websites that we link to.
2.Legal Framework
We handle personal information in line with the laws of Pakistan, including:
- Article 14 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, which protects the dignity of every person and, subject to law, the privacy of home.
- The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), which prohibits unauthorised access to, copying of and interference with information systems and data.
- The Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, which recognises electronic records, communications and signatures.
- The Contract Act, 1872, which governs the confidentiality and data-handling obligations we accept in our client agreements.
- Sector-specific rules and regulator directions that apply to particular client engagements, such as those of the State Bank of Pakistan or the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.
We also follow the core principles of the proposed federal personal data protection legislation (lawful purpose, consent, data minimisation, security and access rights) and will update this policy when that legislation is enacted.
3.Information We Collect

Information we process for clients
When we deliver BPO, contact center, data management or IT services, we may process personal information about our clients' customers or employees. In those cases the client decides why and how that information is used, and we act only on the client's documented instructions under a written agreement.
4.How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals and provide the services you request.
- To manage our client relationships, contracts, invoicing and support.
- To assess job applications, arrange interviews and, where you are hired, to set up employment records.
- To send newsletters or service updates you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve our website, including detecting misuse or fraud.
- To meet our legal, tax, audit and regulatory obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so: your consent, the performance of a contract with you or your organisation, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate business interests where these are not overridden by your rights.
6.Storage and International Transfers
Our primary operations are in Pakistan. Some of our technology providers, such as cloud hosting and email services, may store data on servers outside Pakistan. Where this happens we choose reputable providers, use contractual safeguards and apply the same level of protection described in this policy.
Where a client agreement or applicable regulation requires data to remain in Pakistan, we comply with that requirement.
7.How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and, where supported, at rest.
- Role-based access controls, unique user accounts and multi-factor authentication for systems holding personal data.
- Confidentiality agreements signed by all employees and contractors.
- Controlled office access, clean-desk rules and restrictions on removable media in our delivery center.
- Regular backups, patching and security reviews.
- Staff training on data protection, information security and PECA obligations.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will act promptly to contain it, notify affected clients and individuals where appropriate, and report to the relevant authorities where required by law.
9.How Long We Keep Information
- Enquiries and proposals: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Client and contract records: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required by tax, company and other applicable laws.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client data processed on a client's behalf: as set out in the client agreement, after which it is returned or securely deleted.
10.Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer need or have no lawful basis to keep.
- Stop using your information for marketing.
- Withdraw consent you have previously given, without affecting processing that took place before.
